  1. 1 Submit a Return Request


    Fill out the return form

    1. Fill out the return form on the back of the your invoice and include it in the return package. If you no longer have your invoice, you can fill out the online return form below:

  2. 2 Package the Return


    Package the shoes as they were delivered

    1. Package the shoes in the original shoebox and shipping box.
    2. Place the included return label over the original shipping label.

    To reduce processing time, please include a copy of your invoice/return form.

  3. 3 Drop Off or Schedule a Pickup


    Call Purolator or drop off the package

    1. Option 1: Drop off the package at a Purolator shipping centre: Locate my nearest shipping centre
    2. Option 2: Call Purolator toll free at 1-888-744-7123 and follow the phone menu to schedule a pickup at your home or office.
  4. Note: It may also take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Exchanges

    1. Complete the Return Instructions just as you would for a regular return.
  2. 2Place Another Order

    1. To exchange a shoe, simply place another order for the desired shoe. The order will be shipped while await the returns. Once the returns are received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
