1 Submit a Return Request
- Fill out the return form on your invoice and include a copy in the return package. If you no longer have your invoice, you can fill out the online return form below: Return Form

2 Package the Return
- Package the shoes in the original shoebox and shipping box.
- Place the included return label over the original shipping label.
Please contact us if you need a new return label. We are unable to reimburse shipping costs if you ship at your own expense. -
3 Drop-Off the Package

Note: It may also take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement after the return is processed.
