1 Submit a Return Request
- Fill out the return form on your invoice and include a copy in the return package. If you no longer have your invoice, you can fill out the online return form below: Return Form
2 Package the Return
- Package the shoes in the original shoebox and shipping box.
- Place the included return label over the original shipping label.
3 Drop-Off or Schedule a Pickup
- Option 1: Drop off the package at a Purolator centre: Locate my nearest shipping centre
- Option 2: Call Purolator toll free at 1-888-744-7123 and follow the phone menu to schedule a pickup at your home or office.
Note: It may also take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
1Complete the Return Instructions
- Complete the Return Instructions just as you would for a regular return.
2Place Another Order
- Place another order for the desired shoe. We will issue a refund once the returns are received and inspected for condition. Please Contact us if you need to price-match your exchange order.
