    1. 1 Submit a Return Request

      Fill out the return form

      1. Fill out the return form on your invoice and include a copy in the return package. If you no longer have your invoice, you can fill out the online return form below: Return Form
    2. 2 Package the Return

      Package the shoes as they were delivered

      1. Package the shoes in the original shoebox and shipping box.
      2. Place the included return label over the original shipping label.

      Please contact us if you need a new return label. We are unable to reimburse shipping costs if you ship at your own expense.

    3. 3 Drop-Off the Package

Note: It may also take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement after the return is processed.

  2. 2Place Another Order

    1. Place another order for the desired shoe. We will issue a refund once the returns are received and inspected for condition. Please Contact us if you need to price-match your exchange order.
